Connect Tebex

Tracking player revenue only takes a few minutes to set up. First, open your mcStats Dashboard and navigate to the Revenue page.

mcStats uses webhooks to receive real-time payment notifications directly from Tebex. Follow the steps below to configure Tebex webhooks for your project.

If you are the project owner (or a team member with the Manage permission) you will see a settings icon at the top of the page. Click this icon to open the setup panel.

This will open the Tebex setup sidebar.

Click Open Tebex Webhook Settings to be redirected to your Tebex dashboard.

After logging in to your Tebex account, you should see the webhook settings page. Copy the Secret shown on this page and paste it into the input field in mcStats.

This secret allows mcStats to verify that incoming payment data is sent directly from Tebex and prevents third-party tampering.

Click Save Secret. Once saved, the setup sidebar will expand to reveal additional configuration details.

Next, copy the Webhook Endpoint URL displayed in mcStats. Then return to the Tebex dashboard to create a new webhook.

In the Tebex webhook popup, paste the Webhook Endpoint URL and enable the Payment Completed event.

After clicking Add, Tebex will send a test webhook to verify the connection.

If everything is configured correctly, the webhook will appear as Validated in mcStats.

You're all set! Payments from Tebex will now be tracked automatically in your mcStats dashboard.
